Provide an email and/or phone number to provide customer service to your attendees for your event. Customer service provided is based off an FAQ that we will collaborate on.

REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT

Pre-event and post-event assistance such as quality control of your registration list and end of event reporting.

NAME BADGES

  • Build the badge template using event registration software.

  • Organize and print badges for Client’s event.  Pre-event and/or on-site.

MAILINGS

Organize the production of mailing your attendee badges and/or event materials.

HOUSING MANAGEMENT

Connect with the Hotel to manage the event Rooming List by making bookings, changes and monitoring attrition risk.  
Organizing room drops for your attendees and/or VIPs is also available.

SPEAKER/SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR/VIP MANAGEMENT

Acting as a concierge for registration to make sure all key players are registered and prepared with materials.

CUSTOM EMAILS/REPORTING

  • Create custom emails with information and graphics provided by Client.

  • Create reports using Client’s event registration software to provide detailed information needed from the event registration data.

  • Create and provide Client with lists of attendees for special events and/or sessions.

  • Provide on demand reporting for your on-site needs

TICKET CREATION/PRINTING

Create and print tickets for special events using graphics and information provided by Client.

EXHIBITOR/ATTENDEE & SESSION SCANNING

Experienced in managing lead retrieval software and hardware. Lead Retrieval Support is available pre-event, on-site and post-event.

TEMP STAFF TRAINING & MANAGEMENT

Contract temp staff for the event. Manage the temp staff schedule and Client’s temp staff budget.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION STAFF

Lead Staff and Support Staff Available to manage Event Registration.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION DESK SETUP AND MANAGEMENT

Oversee the setup of your registration area, including guest check-in, new registrations, name changes, handing out materials and printing name badges.

EVENT FAQ CREATION

Collaborate with Client to create an FAQ for Customer Service and for Attendees to access on the event website.

TRANSPORTATION

Book a Town Car, Limo or Charter for you and/or your attendees.
